Dukkah (Egypt)

A Middle-Eastern all-rounder with Egyptian roots - a mixture of seeds and spices. Perfect as a dip with oil (and yoghurt) and bread, with feta, sprinkled over egg or salad, or as a marinade for fish, meat, vegetables or tofu.
